Refund policy
Returns
Return any piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, rings included.
Conditions
The piece must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging, with its certificate if one was supplied.
Not returnable
Engraved pieces, resized pieces, Tailor Made commissions and gift cards.
Free resizing
Every ring includes one free resize, up to 1.5 EU sizes up or down. A resized ring can't be returned, so ask us for a free ring sizer before you order.
How to return
Email info@arterjewelry.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid, insured return label. Pack the piece in its original packaging and drop it off or book a pickup.
Refunds
Your refund goes to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the piece.
