Where is Arter jewelry made?
All our jewelry is handcrafted in our atelier in Antwerp, Belgium, the diamond capital of the world.
What is the quality of your diamonds?
We always use high quality lab-grown diamonds for our jewelry collections, D colors, VS clarity, excellent cut. With tailor made jewellery, the client can decide on every aspect of the piece, including the diamond quality.
Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes! Our diamonds are lab-grown which means they are not mined and so do not have any relation with the conflicts surrounding natural diamonds.
Does your jewelry come with certificates?
Yes! We offer IGI Diamond Certificates on pieces with diamonds over 0.50ct.
So, if you buy a piece with more than one 0.50ct diamond, you will get a certificate for each diamond over 0.50ct.
Can I engrave my ring?
Yes, we offer complimentary engraving with all of our engagement rings and some of every day rings.
Do you offer a 'speedy' service?
yes, most of our rings take about 3 weeks to ship but feel free to reach out to us at info@arterjewelry.com and we can make sure you get your piece on time.
Jewelry Care
How do I keep my jewelry looking like new?
You can clean your jewellery at home with a soft toothbrush, warm water and a little dish soap. Dry it carefully with a kitchen towel.
How do I best store my pieces?
- Always try to store your pieces separately. Diamonds might be exceptionally hard but they can scratch each other and gold.
- Take off your jewellery before going to bed, repeated rubbing against even the softest of sheets can cause deformation over time.
Can I really wear my jewelry every day?
Of course, we use 18K gold and certified lab grown diamonds so the color will not fade away.
Although we like to keep these tips in mind:
- Be cautious when wearing your jewellery to the beach or swimming. Water can make it slip off more easily and finding a ring on the beach or in the ocean might take longer than you would think!
- We recommend storing your jewellery safely before going to the gym. Repeatedly lifting weights can deform and scratch your jewellery.
- When using soap for showering, doing the dishes,... be aware that your hands will become slippery and your rings might come off.
- Avoid putting on perfume, deodorant, make-up,... while wearing your jewels. The chemicals in these products can affect your precious metals.
When getting dressed always save the best for last!

Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide and offer complimentary express shipping.
How can I track my order?
Yes, when your order ships we will send you an email with your tracking number.
Feel free to reach to us if you have any doubts.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes, always. You can relax, all our shipments are 100% insured by us.
Do you need a signature to receive?
Yes, for safety reasons we require an adult signature upon delivery.
Where do you ship from?
All pieces are shipped from our atelier in Antwerp, Belgium.
When will my order arrive?
Depending on the availability of the piece we offer next day shipping or within 3-4weeks.
You can check the product page if the product is available for next day shipping.
Due to the made to order nature of most of our pieces, it can take up to 3-4 weeks for the order to be shipped.
For engagement rings, once the final design is locked in we usually ship within 3-4 weeks.

Can I pick up my Arter piece myself?
Yes, you can pick up your piece at our Atelier in Antwerp, Belgium.

Returns
what is your return policy?
If you are for any reason not satisfied with your Arter piece, we offer a 14-day return policy.
You are allowed to exchange or return your pieces 14 days from delivery. Just make sure that the items are returned unworn and in the original packaging. To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

How do I return my order?
Please send an email to info@arterjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will create and send a return label to you.
Make sure to use the original packaging and seal it well with the return label clearly in sight.
You can drop the package at your nearest drop-off point or schedule a pick up.
Are returns free?
We will charge you for the shipping of the delivery and return of the order.
Warranty
Yours, Forever
We are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted jewelry made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a lifetime warranty for defects or issues resulting from the workmanship of the jewelry. Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones, damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Arter.
We will also replace any lost diamond under 0.20ct once.
If your piece has sustained accidental damage, we can still help you ensure your piece looks good as new. We can fix or polish your jewelry and you will be charged the cost of repair plus shipping.
