Can I see an engagement ring before ordering?
Yes. You can book an appointment with our team to view pieces, discuss your preferences and explore options for your engagement ring. If you're unable to visit us in person, our designers can also guide you remotely.
Do engagement rings come with a diamond certificate?
Yes. We provide an IGI Diamond Certificate for diamonds over 0.50ct. If your ring contains multiple diamonds over 0.50ct, each qualifying diamond receives its own certificate.
Can I customise an engagement ring?
Yes. Our engagement rings can be personalised in many ways, including diamond shape, size, quality, metal and design details. For a fully bespoke piece, you can work directly with our designers to create something unique.
Can I engrave my ring?
Yes. We offer complimentary engraving on all of our engagement rings and selected everyday rings. Depending on the design, you can personalise your piece with initials, a date or a short message. If you're unsure whether your chosen ring can be engraved, simply contact us before ordering.
How do I find my ring size?
You can use our sizing guide or measure an existing ring to find your perfect fit.
Are your rings suitable for daily wear?
Yes. Our rings are made from solid 18K gold and high-quality lab-grown diamonds, making them designed to be worn and enjoyed every day. That said, we recommend removing your ring before activities that may expose it to excessive force, chemicals or impact, such as weightlifting, swimming or heavy manual work.
Can I resize my ring later?
Yes, in most cases we can resize your ring. We can resize up to 1.5 EU sizes up or down on eligible rings. Because the ability to resize depends on the design, we recommend contacting us before ordering if you're unsure about your size.
Please note that eternity and certain intricate designs may have more limited resizing options.
